It seems like I've done loads of thrash stuff lately, although most
of it isn't released coz' it's for compos and musicdisks. Well, I did
"Down For Life" from this album as well, and coz' I enjoyed tracking that
one so much, I decided to do this one as well. I can't play some of the
riffs, so I had to split them up :( Damn, I can't show off :D 

Anyway, I think this is pretty damn close to the original; possibly the
most accurate cover I have ever done (I did all but one of the guitar
fills, and it's EXACTLY thelength of the original!!!). I even spent ages
tweaking the guitar sound to match Testament's, as well as finding a choir
sample that sounds like the start of the original (that took me fkn ages).
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this, and if you don't, you can take your sound
system and shove it where even the KGB won't find it :D Damn, this is the
first time I've gone under 150 bpm in a LOOOONNG time :) 

I love the way that the drums pound pretty much all the way through this
song; it's really energetic and driving...but then so are most of the
songs on this album. I guess I lost some of the driving force and power
here. If you haven't got this album, it's reccomended for fans of all
metal styles; fucking amazing stuff here.

BTW #1: guitarists should try playing the
whole song all the way through; see how hard it is to nail those unison
bends? you gotta skip 4 strings and jump 12 frets at the same time (fuck!)

BTW #2: As usual, the vox suck coz' I can't do thrash ones, only death
growls...if you want, you can just mute channels 13 and 14...but the song
sounds a bit boring then.
