Larph presents: [The QS300 remix of Vincent de Moor's "Shamu"] How I love Impulse Tracker with those NNA's. It really gives your song a nice touch. Too bad there's no realtime reverb or something. That's why some of the samples are pretty big, because I added reverb and other fx to them. (cymbal, organ, noises etc.) Well, just ignore the size and enjoy this wonderful trance song. And if you can't get enough of these vibes, you'll have to go to: http://www.traxinspace.com 'cause there you'll find much more tracked music from many trackers all over the world. August 1999, Larph. (Wimerhaas@hotmail.com) Note: This time I decided to use only 16 Bits quality samples. That's why this .IT Phile has become pretty huge. Sorry for all those slow modem users, but I wanted this track to sound very clear. I also used NewNoteActions - especially for the lead synth, which takes about 22 channels max. Together with the other instruments and NNA's, the whole song uses more than 64 channels. If you want the song to be heard the way it was mentioned to be, you'll have to start Impulse Tracker with the command line -L256. This tells Impulse Tracker to use 256 channels instead of 64 (which is the default). If you still have troubles with playback (ie. you're CPU won't process the song smoothly), you'll have to export this .IT Phile into an .MP3 Phile using Modplug Tracker for example.
