Play in IMPULSE TRACKER v2.14+ with FILTERS !!! (ModPlug messes up the pan
swing and filters, XMplay doesn't play surround/s91 right).
I have the strange feeling I wasn't the first to come up with this melody,
ever since I played it on my CS1x and decided to make this out of it.
Problem is, I can't seem to remember where the hell it came from (annoys
me so badly), so I'm assuming my mind is playing tricks on me (the idea
of "I can't be this good"). If I'm wrong about that, big time credits go
to the original composer...whoever it may be.
Tripwire, thanks again for your explanation of the decent construction/
building-up of a musical masterpiece in an electronic, straight-beat
style. It still works! :)
Nitr8, I actually used a vocal sample! (en WAT voor ..n, zooo...)
I ripped several samples from G-Funk's rather awesome track "Frontier"
(phat stuph!:D), and some from Bigfoot's Samplepacks (bigsamples.free.fr),
pumping bassdrum from Phobia's "HardTwist", bass smp from Genocyber's
"Antarctic Wind", trancestring from a track by Xentar. oh, and some drums
are my own crap. voice was made using AnalogX SayIt (crap freeware voice
synthesizer - www.analogx.com), edited with Goldwave.
