3.4.2001 I was was having a day off from work and studies. It was just an
ordinary day. At noon I sat down at the computer and started to track a
new song according to the inspiration I had got the day before. I planned
to track for only some moments but I got so infused in the project that I
just couldn't drop it and at midnight I had a finished piece. And
already the next day, the legendary 4.4.2001, it was released, alongside
with Waste Meat. So this must be my fastest project so far.

The original idea was to do a parody about Passion Fruit's "Sun Fun Baby"
that I liked very much and everyone else used to hate. That's why the
lyrics are the way they are, although they aren't nearly as brainless as
they should, according to their model. I guess I just am not jam gang
enough... :-]

Although this project was initially meant to be a parody (like so many of
my others... ;-}~ ), it eventually became something more. It seems that I
always tend to go for trilogies in music, so therefore this must be the
conclusion of the happy style commenced by Koirapyyhkeen muistelmat and
Precipitevolissimevolmente, only with better samples and superior
production.

After all (and despite my early intentions), Gutxi is quite a many-sided
piece. It has slightly differently styled parts and the longest part D
I've done so far. But one thing is clear and it's that there's definitely
a great amount of my most traditional, happy style. And oh btw, there are
also full lyrics. Not big with meanings, though, but what would you expect
from a song like this? :-]
