  69. I had the main sample
  70. on my hard disk for
  71. ages, trying to fit it
  72. in to loads of grooves
  73. to no avail. Then, I
  74. started playing around
  75. with drum samples in
  76. FT2, using envelopes&
  77. stuff. I'd just been
  78. listening to Autechre,
  79. so they had a tiny
  80. influence - their kind
  81. of mad cap style. It
  82. all builds up into a
  83. big-beat sort of
  84. workout. The voice at
  85. the end was added
  86. some time after the
  87. main tune was complete
  88. - Supergirl/Jen (an
  89. ICQ buddy) sent a WAV
  90. file of her voice, so
  91. I took a relevant bit
  92. and stuck it on the
  93. end. The tune's a bit
  94. rough, but that's what
  95. I like about it.
