  35. i started a track on
  36. friday night, and i
  37. came back to it on
  38. saturday morning only
  39. to find that the file
  40. was cross-linked
  41. with another - my
  42. file allocation table
  43. had gotten fucked up!
  45. that was a great
  46. track, that never was!
  47. anyway, i started off
  48. again with this track
  49. only to find , yet
  50. again after saving
  51. that it had gotten
  52. cross-linked, again!
  53. out with the norton
  54. utilities, managed to
  55. fix the fat.
  56. luckily this track was
  57. saved from oblivion,
  58. because the patterns
  59. were preserved, not
  60. the samples - it was
  61. a pretty easy matter
  62. to piece it back
  63. together.
  64. so my magnus opus
  65. was ready to be
  66. saved on saturday
  67. night - and guess what
  68. - i accidentally
  69. clicked on another
  70. xm file before saving
  71. - aaarrrrghhhhh!!!!
  73. luckily, i had saved
  74. some of my work, so
  75. on sunday morning
  76. i rebuilt it yet again
  78. and here it is - and
  79. you'd better fucking
  80. like it after all this
  81. frustration and effort
  84. keep trackin'
