For those of you who are not Psychic or of the Astral Plane. 

Astral Projection - It is a state of being in the pysical world without
                    ones pysical body. Free to roam through time, space,
                    and the areas unseen to everday mankind.

This is a true account of my 1st experience with an astral projection.
I had work long and hard that night. I came home so tired that I just 
ploped down on the couch and into a deep sleep. During the night images
of vampires started to roam in my dreams. For some reason at that moment
I felt as though eyes were staring at me in the real world where my 
body now laid. My neck was exposed in the position that I had fallen 
asleep in. And I could almost feel the eyes glaring at my neck waiting to
sink its teeth into me. 

I suddenly awoke. But my eyes would not open. My hands, my feet, my 
entire body lay motionless. Yet I was fully awake inside myself. Trying
to throw myself off the couch to wake my sleeping body up. I began to 
feel light. Try to lift myself up and regain control of my human shell,
I broke free from my souless body, upwards towards the ceiling. I bounced
a few times on the ceiling, turning around to see my human body laying
there, neck exposed, montionless. It was weird the 1st time to see my
body like that. But it taught me that we are nothing but great enities.
Residing in human shells. We never die. When our human shell can no longer
support life, we simply lift ourself out of it, to go on living in the
Astral World. Where danger is real as in everyday life. Waiting there
till the next human host becomes available to enter.
 To enter into a new life once again, reborn a new.
