Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light. [1953]

: #trax, which comes in various network flavors.
. A few words:
: I've never had to work so hard on a track before! This really took a
: lot of time and effort to finish, even though about 1/3 of it is copy
: and paste effort. Throughout, my technique and patience both were
: pushed to new limits. I'm glad to finally finish this piece.
:
: It began for a literature class as a creative interpretation of the
: poem above. It'll be turned in tomorrow and played for the class.
: Wish me luck. :)
:
: Despite humble beginnings, I really feel this is my best. It took me
: about eight months to finally finish something again (since Redemption)
: and it feels GOOD.
:
: What's next? Who knows. I intend to push onward into new territory,
: certainly; perhaps more synthorchestral, perhaps some commercial jobs.
: It'll be good, whatever happens. Rest assured of that.
