Some small changes made, some faults removed, finishing touch added.
AWE Frequency-limited samples adjusted.

Stupid stereonized O01 offset changed to higher settings for full
mono-sound support.

NNA disruption when using maximum channels reduced to maximum minus 1.
It was a Hell for me to fix the transfer from pattern 8 to 12 (pos 8 to 9)
