a mish mash of pattens and ideas thrown together by me for gc10

not my normal style but i thought it was time for some experimentation

I tried converting the flute to 8bit but my awe64 didn`t like it. Played
fine with the sb16 driver. awe32 driver still plays the flute really
badly.  Very Very clicky.
