so the year is 2022 and i had a dream of some kind that said, 
"yo you gotta make a metal mod again"
and i was like okay, let's go
so the song that came to mind to use samples from was cadaver's the occultist
and i was like okay
so i wrote a 00s style melodic metalcore/melodic death type tune with the samples
and i was like, that's cool
and that's about it. i really enjoyed writing that lead guitar part. 
i used to really struggle with tracking solos/lead guitars back as a teenager, but it seems more fun now
i wonder why?
