- We're entering a new
- era of sound. The

- 90's what the
- electric guitar and a
- distorted amp were to
- the garage bands of
- 60's and 70's.
- "NetMusik" is about
- the whole spectrum of
- computer-based audio
- art .. focusing on
- tracked music.
- 1st issue's focus is
- on intellectual
- property issues: Who
- owns a sample, and
- when does it become
- yours? Is the "art of
- the sample" just a
- cheap way of ripping
- off someone else's
- riffs?
- There's a whole lot
