This module was actually done back in June but I must have forgotten
that it was done back then. The original Haunted Nightmare was my
second and most ambitious single-sample module. It was a ProTracker
MOD with 4 channels and used a saw wave. This produced a very sharp
sound which few seemed to appreciate - it was simply too hardcore for
their ears. However, despite the noisy nature of it with the pretty
silly glissando "drums", that sounded like someone was testing rifles,
it had a very good melody which I grew highly found of back then.

This remake uses MIDI instruments as a lot of my modules from the summer
2006 and is made to sound like the original as much as possible but
without the noisy accoustic of the simple saw wave.

Being the module that would revolutionise my tracking style and the first
one where I got proper critic, I hope you can find this song to your
appreciation.
