another suggestion from dreams to use this "grindire - raped" tune, 
to be honest i wasn't particularly in the mood to write with this
but being a saturday i thought i'd throw it out
and hey, a nice lil' sorta beatdown/sludge hardcore type tune, kinda?
reminds me of xibalba but a bit thuggier :)
(bass is probably offkey sometimes but err bleh!)
i also added some dumb horrible vocals for shits and giggles :D
