- Fools pack, is no joke.
- I may be one of the few
- people in the scene that
- still cares about messed
- up oldskool gabber or
- terrorcore I guess some
- might call it these days.
- I hope I never grow out
- of it. There is still so
- much that can be done.
- What I hadn't done, is do
- so straight up in the
- tracker with just samples
- unlike more recent work
- in renoise, in a long
- time. I had amassed some
- of these samples from OHC
- sample tunes on IRC over
- the last years, and some
- of my old tunes, and
- had been messing around
- with a seed of this tune
- quite awhile ago. Upon
- digging it up again, it
- sort of wrote itself from
- there. Until I stumbled
- onto the sampled Carlin
- bit, it had a theme and
- cohesiveness it needed.
- So go deal with reality,
- pussies. What?
- To this day, pretty much
- all players STILL butcher
- IT filters. And there is
- even a difference between
- original Impulse Tracker
- and Schism Tracker (which
- this is made in). XMPlay
- comes close enough but is
- too resonated and noisy.
- They aren't necessary but
- just some flourishes. But
- if you're a purist, grab
- Schism Tracker for an
- exact representation as
- it was made. or just get
- the modern streamed ver.
