        I started writing this song after a long chat (rant?) with Stinger
about my lackluster love life.  After pouring my heart out on IRC for a
good half-hour I exclaimed, "What the hell am I doing here, writing my
manifesto on love?"  Thus, a song is born from my anguished mind.
        The only obstacle to my happiness at the moment seems to be my
lack of a steady girlfriend.  When the rare opportunity for a meaningful
relationship rears up, some circumstances always prevent its fulfillment. 
Such is life.  :-(
        Of course, there is a bright side to this whole mess.  The
situation has inspired me to write this nice little trip-hopish ballad.  I
hope it can capture the emotions I'm feeling and deliver them to you.
