Hey, I know I'm pretty terse in general when it comes to saying things in
MODs, so I thought I'd say a little more this time around. This little tune
uses two samples I drew in OpenMPT. I composed it while riding in a car
through Ontario, Canada near Lake Superior, going from Sault Ste Marie to
Wawa. My dad was driving, and I had my laptop plugged in to a power
inverter so it wouldn't use up the battery. The view was wonderful: it's
early summer so the leaves of the trees are fully developed, and the views
of Lake Superior are spectacular. I guess this tune isn't inspired by a
post-technological singularity future like a lot of my tracks, but simply
the rocks and trees that I saw as we drove toward Wawa.
I really enjoyed making a track while riding in a car through some
beautiful scenery. The trees were verdent, the rocks were rocks, and the
water looked wet.
