This is some weird new-age type stuff.  I started out trying
to make this relaxing, but alas, some of it turned quite
energetic.   Even the soft part seems rushed and raring to go. :)
Oh, well, just turn the volume down -- that ought to work.

All in all, I think it's a respectable piece of work.
