"Sanguine Blues" - (c) 1998 Imaginary Unit

So, here it is, my MC6 entry I started two days after the deadline. Watch
out though, I'm still perfectly up to my duties as a judge, in fact, I'm
going to make sure none of you make it to round 2. I'm that tough.

No new tunes for almost a year? Well, I suck.

Some personal thoughts about this tune in +/- terms..

 + I actually finished it!
 - 52 channels.. ouch.
 - Big, yet 8 bit samples, most of which I couldn't even loop decently..
 + ..none of them are ripped though.
 - Hardly any dynamics.
 - Fucked up song structure. Can't seem to get past that.
 - Not much musical content, most of the time the melody just works as a
   launchpad for new chords..
 + ..speaking of which, some of the progressions sound quite nice..
 - ..and some just make me want to throw up. I tried to work around the
   biggest cliches, but some just seemed to insist on staying there.
   "Some".. hah.
 - What an imaginative intro!
 + The guitar occasionally manages to sound kind of like one.
 - The bass line isn't too inventive either, is it...but hey, it "holds
   down the bottom" (did I just say that?), and it's rock 'n' roll, man.

That's about it. If I'm actually going through some kind of a creative
period here, I might release something else in the near future. In any
case, see you when I do.
