As I lay down to sleep late
one night, the sounds I heard
around me slowly began to
soothe me into a peaceful
slumber. As I lay there,
peacefully, I began to dream.
This dream was like no other,
it was so real and lifelike
that I could almost swear
that I was right there; could
touch the things I saw, could
sense every nuance as though this
place were some tangeable world
where everything exists, just
as it does in our own. I saw
magnificent, breathtaking
sights full of wonder and
splendor, until later, and yet
never, I awoke the next day.
