Last year, my tracked music entry (Glow) released at Deadline 2024 was the
result of a happy little accident while working on my streaming music entry
(Imagination). This year, it was the other way around!
The tracked music entry (24 Lemonade Grove) I was working on with bacter
and jeenio was making very good progress and was nearly complete. I decided
to spend a day at the spa and while I was there, I had our track playing in
my head. At some point I came up with a new melody based on the chords of
that track. This melody ended up as the starting point for Superscalar. As
a result, both tracks use the same pad sound and are in the same key.
As you can see in the sample list, this track is pure Yamaha powaaaaah! :-P
This track would not be possible for JayB's awesome patches for the AN1x,
CS6R and Motif synths.
