Wolverina ------------------------ This is my first release ever and I hope you'll like it! :) It didn't turn out as Swedish as I was hoping it would - but I am happy with it anyway! ------------------------ This my entry for the AlphaTeam FolkMusic Compo #1 held by AlphaTeam! Well, above the Polar Circle the sun sometimes shine for more than 22 hours a day and this phenomen is called "midnight sun". Then you might as yourself: "Why the heck did she name this song 'Son of Midnight Sun'?". Well, I am very interested in ancient Swedish folktales and there is a certain one named "Son of Midnight Sun" and I kept thinking about that one one as I was creating this song! :) If you go to my homepage you will be able to read that one, and a few other, Swedish folktales! ------------------------ This song was created in june and july 2001 using a bunch of samples and FastTracker 2! ------------------------ Copyright notice: . 2001 by Annika Jagerhorn also known as Wolverina. This song may not in any way be spread, changed and/or edit without a handwritten permission from the author who is Annika Jagerhorn! ------------------------ All the samples are in 8-bit only to lower the filesize. The filesize would be twice as large if the samples were all in 16-bit and there is almost no difference between 8-bit and 16-bit - atleast not as far as I can tell! :) ------------------------ Many thanks to all whose samples I have used! ------------------------ That was all I could think of for the moment!
