OK, this is a remix. Also an entry to a professional remix contest. And
this is therefor copyright protected. Well, at least the original samples
were. I cutted the samples into pieces and edited them very slightly. So
the samples aren't the same from the original.
As I already said this song is a remix for a professional remix contest.
The contest was held by Blue Records (www.blue-records.com). That's the
record company from DJ Jean, Klubbheads, Club Caviar and lots of
producers like that. I love music from Klubbheads and Club Caviar. Cheesy,
simple and extreme commercial (hard)house/Clubmusic at it's best. So that
was reason enough for my to try and create a remix of this song. Also
there's a possibility to get a record deal (right, like I would be one of
those that really get it. ;). Well, when U don't try you can never be
sure.
I left the quite famous and typical klubbheads synth out of the remix. It
made the other melodies sound all messed up. I took their sorta bassline
synth loop and remade it... And cut it in half. Looped the half bassline
synth and combined it with some extremely old retro synthesizer sounds.
The retro synth samples came from a magix sample cd-sometimes that
looped shit is good for something, you just have to cut the goddamn loops
first. And then they are my own samps because I made them just like they
are now :).
This version isn't (klubbheads alike) hardhouse. It almost is, I guess it
isn't cheesy enough because of the retro synth.. It's more club music now.
I like it. Never produced such and addictive club song before. I never
actually produced real clubmusic. I'm quite satisfied with the result.

TAP & Cr, and those whom I forgot, sorry for that... I guess u know who u
r..
Respect 2 DJ Phoenix aka DJ xsienix (spreekt 't uit als iksieniks :) -
lang niet gesproke man... zal ik is een vinyltje laten maken met mijn
muziek :) wel duur, schijt. Maar moet je wel snel in 1 of andere tent
gaan draaie hoor anders doe ik 't ook voor nix... na zomervakantie ga ikke
ook vinyls kope en deejeejun. :) ikke kom wel keertje weer naar r'dam dan
gaan we platen kopen, kee?
