I've been working on this song for about 3 months. Due to a very busy job
I can't spend too much time in writing music unfortunatly...
The first idea to this song came to my mind during a vacation in Belgium
in october 1997.
One morning, we took a walk through the meadows. The temperature had been
below sero that night and everything was covered with frost.
We walked around for about 1,5 hours through fields, forests, etc. but
there was this one thing which caught my attention...there's never any
silence...
Wherever you are, there's never any silence.
There's always a car, an airplane, a truck or something that makes some
kind of mecanical noise. I'm not talking about the wind or trees making
some kind of sound, just machines spoiling the wonderful feeling of
silence.
So I thought i'd make a song trying to reproduce the feeling.
First thought was to use some samples with voices saying or singing 'Never
any Silence'. I actually made and used those samples, but as the song
shaped itself, the samples dissapeared and only music was left.
I'm satisfied with the result. There's always a better way, but looking at
my recent songs, I think that there is a progression in my music.
If you have any comments about this song, don't hesitate to let me know!

Samples:
Most of the samples used in this song are from the Morbid Minds Sampling
CD. If you don't know what kind of CD that is, check out
http://members.aol.com/morbidm
It's a CD packed with all kinds of samples in .XI and .WAV format you can
use in your own tracks. You can order it from their site.
Sample 16 is also from Morbid Minds, but not from the CD. It's ripped from
Groovy Baby by JB Humanoid.
Sample 19 is also ripped, but I haven't got a clue from which song, sorry!
Greetings go out to all the people in the scene.
Thankx for listening!
