Comment:
Well this track is probably just as much of a surprise to me as it is you.
My current tracking ratio was about 1 tune per 1.5 months... and here's a
new one 17 days after I released OB1!!!
Due to my MP3 of the Month section on my MOD Site I'd realised how 'stuck
in a rut' I'd become by writing the same rythmic only tunes over and over
again. So I grabbed some groovy string samples from my Korg 01/W and
created this wonder of modern technology. If this doesn't make you feel
sad NOTHING will. ;)

Samples:
As I said above the main strings came from my Korg synth as did the
orchestral bell sound.
The main drum loop came from Dave Smith and was stolen from the SevCom
website at http://www.sevcom.com...
The kick and snare were borrowed from the Ghosty Head album by Ricky Lee
Jones.
All the speech samples recorded by me and are as follows:
1. The first sample was taken from Natural Born Killers. Spoken by Malory
Knox she says to Micky "You wanna f**k some other women now?"... it's not
so much what she's saying but HOW she says it...
2. The second sample is from Braveheart. Spoken by the helper to the
Princess (don't know either of their names!) and I have no idea
what they're saying (it's in French)... something about love etc...
3. The final 'screaming' sample is from Braveheart too. The newly-wed
husband of the girl who was 'taken' before her husband could have her.
He says "I'm here to claim the right of a husband... AARRGGHHH!" He then
he goes about killing the guy who took his wife...
The hi-hat and reverse cymbal I have no idea where they came from.
They're in my huge library without any comment as to their origin so if
you think they might be yours... THANKS!
