the vast bulk of this song written in 3 hrs or so on december 21,
marking my quickest track ever (and also one of my better ones for that
matter). (i was gonna use the word 'breakthrough' but it wouldn't be
correct for two reasons; firstly the time i take to write up songs in no
way particularly affects the quality of the song, certainly not
positively anyway :) so it's not of much significance, and secondly my
writing a song in 3 hours on one occasion doesn't mean i've somehow
learnt the secret to doing it on a regular basis, and besides this song
is somewhat on the repetitive 'modular' side, if you know what i mean -
vast chunks cut'n'pasted many times all over the place :) )

ANYWAY, this song wasn't written for any particular reason, but was
entered into the music comp held by blacktron (and is the only reason i'm
releasing it now, as i may or may not include it in the musicdisk i'm
currently working on - hopefully to be released at the latest in a few
months. (since, with the advent of IT and this marvellous message
editor bebop doodad thingamie, and my subsequent abandoning of info
files, i might as well put some stuff about the disk here.)

yeah, i'm working on approx. 5 or 6 songs mostly in the techno domain -
quite experimental stuff - from deep, hard, quasi-industrial grooves to
phat techno riffs to happy noise characteristic of some sort of fantasy
 world :)
and i'm not one to advertise things in advance (especially when laziness
can set in ;) ) so i guess that can be taken as proof that this won't
 be too far away. :)
