Don't use Modplug:

- There's a BIG ugly bug in handling the Hx volume column effect.
  (It's interpreted as vibrato speed instead of depth...)
- Volume column pitch slide and retrig don't work quite right together.
- Playing samples are killed when the song loops.


Don't use Mikit:

- The lead doesn't even play, bleh.


So, this pretty much leaves XMPlay.
(Use XMPlay for everything. It owns. ;)
