1-8, 10, 11 and 17 sampled by me, 18 & 19 made with IT2.14 and wav
recorder + edited with rev.exe & flg.exe, rest are ripped.
Samples looped incorrectly (I hope it doesn't really bother You.. I nearly
lost my mind trying to loop them properly).

Sorry about the size but it was almost impossible to make this fit under
1mb (original 16-bit not-resized version was 3.5mb). I hope the quality
of sound didn't suffer too much.
