<Comments:> This is probably the last time I'm releasing a source module. The
original 16-bit version was 29.5mb and included 15 VST effects, which meant in
order to produce this low-quality version I was forced to spend countless hours
individually mastering all the samples, let alone rendering them all with VST
effects. I also had to sacrifice a lot of the audio quality and intended stereo
image by converting all samples to 8-bit mono, and even dropping some
instruments' effects out of the mix. Moreover, these days my works come in two
source modules of 64 channels each (so I can work with 128 channels), which, as
you can imagine, makes things even more complicated. So from now, expect to see
only MP3 releases.

Uhm... where was I? Well, I guess most important of all is the fact that "The
5th Dimension" marks the start of a new turn in my music, and I gotta tell ya:
love really is the most amazing source of inspiration! This first release of
many to come; inspired by- and dedicated to the most amazing girl I've ever met.
The result? It's simply done wonders to my music. There's just so much more
feeling and passion in there - even I can hardly believe I'm producing music as
good as this. "The 5th Dimension" is sure to take you on a voyage deep into
another dimension - beyond existence. This really is pure melodic/instrumental
pop at its best. Hope you'll enjoy, and feedback is more than appreciated! :o)

Please play this module in ModPlug Tracker only (I notice even XMPlay 2.0
plays it wrong), and for best results set the maximum polyphony to 200 to avoid
having some notes clipped (that's right, up to 196 channels are used!). Also,
enable surround mode and set both sliders to 2 (that is, move both two steps to
the right.) And if you want to be finicky about EQ: boost to around 3dB at 80
Hz and roll off to 0dB at around 20-30Hz, scoop to -2dB between 100 and 200Hz,
boost to 2dB around 350Hz for punch, and subtly boost to 0.6dB from 5 to 15KHz
for clarity.

Most of the samples came from the Tracker Instruments Repository; others were
ripped or downloaded from various places. Many thanks to those who originally
sampled or created them. I would take the time to credit all individual artists,
but with 64 instruments and MANY tracking hours behind me, I think I'll leave it
this time.

course not forgetting Nikki herself, who inspired me to write this. Without her,
this song would have never been.
