Well, here it is at last.  Not as lengthy in sequence as I
would like, and somewhat overlong in production time - so
that's what making your own samples feels like!

WaveForm functions are now: [A]verage (remove detail),
[C]ombine (combine two samples), [L]ead (moving
cut'n'paste), [M]orph (waveform blend), [N]oise (formerly
Static), [P]itch (alter pitch), [S]lide (pitch bend),
[U]n[T]une (randomize pitch) and [Z]ero (remove bytes).

Stats: 35 (&23) positions, equivalent to 4 minutes and 28.8
seconds of real-time music.  72 separate patterns and 22
samples, all contributing to an uncompressed 283 KB file.
