"Eternal Lullaby"

Best playback with XMPlay.
It's been a while since I've actually
finished something and felt good enough
about it to release it. I don't think this
one will appeal to too many people, but I'm
happy with it.
I've been wanting to make something using
a Rhodes piano sample for a long time, to
try and access that beautiful mellow sound
that they can make. This is the closest I'm
going to get to that, I think.
As with a lot of my music, this piece is
less about the melody, and more about the
texture. Appreciate the mood I've tried to
create, and let your mind wander...
I guess I shouldn't really call this a
lullaby, since lullabies are usually sung
and have clear melodies... Oh well, it has
the right tone, and it is a sleepy tune.
Close enough.
