But isn't that implied by all songs these days..?
Play time: 4 minutes
Style: I have no idea (-:
---- Tid-Bits -----
Composed entierly from scratch, not a single "SAMPLED" melody has been
used (no rhythm samples, no melodic samples). Since this song is pure, it
is small in size, but it rocks the lobes! (-:.. en-cino man.. buuu - dy!
---- Song history ----
I started working on this tonight (February 14th) at 6pm, got patterns 0-4
done, and then said "I can't do anymore, no melody belongs here". Then I
rested doing other songs, touching up on other releases (BURN, ATWT,
GO4IT), and eventually around 10pm (after watching Millenium!!) I sat
down, and got all the other patterns and arragments done. Now it's
2:30am.. it's sleep time, gotta go to a party tommorow at Ben's (GOD)
place. Touch-up done for 2 hours on Saturday. Didn't go to school today,
Monday. I e-mailed Snowman, he thanked me!!! (-: So, I'm releasing this
tune today, while I still feel good about it. If you like it e-mail me,
if you don't, e-mail me, I don't care what you think, I wrote it me,
myself, and I (-:.. l8rz
---- Sample credits -----
egm.* samples are from enigma.mod, piano (high) is from FA_PRIDE.IT (good
song FA!!), and the rest I can't remember but they all originiated from
one of the songs found on The Mighty Hornet Archive http://www.hornet.org
---- Greets -----
Greets and shouts go out to: MiK, RuMBaFiSH (Glen!), Abisaac, Esmail,
L.K.&.W., Moby and Laserlore, and to those who once upon a time were in
Nocturnal Software (hey Shawn, I still got your Enigma CD man!!)
---- BY THE WAY ----
If you're wondering how I "describe" my samples, I always give their
instrument names (unlike some people!).... it just looks better that way
and helps other musicians as well. I also tune all my samples to a piano
C-4 note. Here's my naming convention. First comes the song's name where
I got the sample from, if I can't remember or if it's original, it's this
song's name. Then comes the sample type (ie. string, piano, acid, drum,
snare,....etc..etc), then comes a description of the sample (ie. high,
piccicato, deep, xtradeep, alto, anti, and,..etc), then comes tracker
stuff (ie. wheter it's looped, if it's vibrated, panned,...etc). I
separate everything with a period, and always abreviate as much as
possible. I personally believe this to be an awesome naming convention.
All my samples are saved this way (all 290megs of them <grin>, maybe I
should make a sample CD? Anyone want one??). Why do I repeat myself here
and in sample list? Cuz some people read one and not the other. And why
do I write this much? Why not? (-:.. it's only an extra 3k of downloading
time anyway (-:.....and the song is small enough (compared to some other
samples..eerrr...songs I mean <grin>)
---- talk ------
Talk is cheep, I'm not a creep, if you want to write to me, feel
free....(-:
