from a really crappy boat floating around somewhere in the Caribbean.

I've been into MODs since about 1996, but never really got serious
about making any of my own until recently. Therefore, this is my first
release onto the scene, and a long time coming. Odd that I should be
sitting on the USCG's biggest floating turd for the event :-p.

...such is life.
