The name says it all.  This track started with some inspiration from early-
2000s trance (in particular the saw plucks), but the overall sound is still
a bit more modern than that. It was finished in a hurry  for  the  streamed
music compo at Under Construction  2017  (where  it  ranked  2nd)  in  just
under 6 hours, so it's still a bit rough around the  edges  (it  could  use
more variation and filter modulation, I guess)...
