sometimes i amaze myself... this track is good. i even love it myself,
after making it (in the forms of revision a through d, that is) and (in
the process) having heard it 100000000000 times...
the title is a long story, but to make it short, just interpret it like,
"you can only understand all that is good about something when it has gone
away", just like "you will not understand the power and beauty of your
youth until they faded" (quoted from baz luhrmann's "everybody's free (to
wear sunscreen)". i came onto this during a session of hard thinking about
the tracker scene, or what's left of it. originally, this track contained
a page full of bullshit about that subject, but it sorta sucked, so i
replaced it with this hopefully more acceptable message...
anyways, enjoy the song, as it might be your last :P hehe... please play
it in impulse tracker, or xmplay (if you must)... yes, i still hate
modplug, and never test my tracks with it. i only use it to activate
filter envelopes (impulse tracker supports those, but you can't turn them
on, so you could hack the file, or just use mpt to do that). anyhow,
enough bullshit... just listen to the track, and if you like it, go ahead
and give me a good review.

some stuff about the samples:
1: especially sampled from my korg ms2000r just for this track
2: ripped from keith303^destiny
3/4: recently sampled, used for the first time here
5: from some sample pack
6: recently sampled, used for the first time
7/8: sampled from my yamaha cs1x and used in "seeking meaning", now
ripped from that same track and looped (that is, looped in a
       masterful, plopless manner...)
9/10: sampled from newstyle analogic (TM) a long time ago, and now i've
spent an hour to get two different versions (as to create a phat
stereo effect) and a neat loop (in the same manner as the strings)
11-16: taken from all over the place, all originated from packs. the
snaredrum has been distorted (volume -> 200% ;)
17: old sample by myself, with some nice reverb...
18/19: from the cs1x's analog drumkit; both have been messed with...
20-22: taken from "outburst", cut to bits and pingpong-looped
23: sample 12, reversed and reverberated, looped to save in filesize
