  The title refers to a class of
rocket fuels that ignite on contact
with the oxidizer.  Although 
hypergolic fuels provide less 
specific impulse than other fuels,
they are easier to store and have the
further advantage of providing the
engine with a restart capability.
These fuel are less dangerous to handle
than non-hypergolic fuels,
and in the long run, they're 
safer for the astronauts.

  I thought of the title right after
I added the Apollo 11 landing sample
(where Neil Armstrong says "Houston...
Tranquility Base here...the Eagle
has landed").  I hereby dedicate this song
to the 10 American Astronauts who
gave their lives for the advancement
of space travel:
