Painted in my words
I outline their lives
Each one of them unique
A star behind my eyes

The passage to my mind
Locked for eternity

To the kingdom I see
For if it's never found
Then the world dies with me

We are the leaders of our lives
Together we shall never die

At the end of the passage to my mind
There is a kingdom with an empty throne for years
Somewhere in time there is a place where we can be
Away from pain and fear

And in the end it will appear
The only sacrifice you'll make
A moment of your life
To leave your world behind
And finally you'll find
My kingdom

Fear is all I see

But they're there for us all
Society of blame

Where trust and truth are dead

There is good in this world if you know where to look
The wonders that you take for granted every day

Forever waiting for a world that can't be real

We are bound to lead the lives we have
No matter where they are
I will use my time and be thankful now
That I am alive at all

I am no master, I'm no god
I have no power to give life
But power to create
I am the maker, I am here
And I can see my world now
I have to turn away

But in the end it will appear
The world I have seen in my dreams
The power of the mind
Desire of the heart
A place I'll never find
